General Merchandise Return Policy
With Receipts- the policy is as follows:
  1. Items may be returned within 60 days with a receipt (excludes software and textbooks-refer to Textbook Return Policy)
  2. Absolutely no returns allowed on clearance items or software.
Without Receipts- the policy is as follows:
  1. Apparel: Any item may be exchanged without a receipt if all tags are intact. The item must be exchanged for an item of equal or greater value within the same department. The value is determined by the least amount the item sold for in the past 30 days.
  2. General Merchandise/Office Supplies: Any item may be exchanged without a receipt if it is in its original packaging. The item must be exchanged for an item of equal or greater value within the same department. The value is determined by the least amount the item sold for in the past 30 days.
  3. Software: No returns are allowed on software.
  4. Management reserves the right to determine the condition or re-salability on the merchandise. Management also reserves the right to refuse a return on items that can not be re-sold.


TEXTBOOK RETURN POLICY
With Receipts- the policy is as follows:
  1. An original register receipt must be presented (no copies or online order acknowledgement printouts will be accepted).
  2. Books must be in new, clean condition and must not be marked or written in .
  3. Any merchandise that is shrink-wrapped or boxed must not be unwrapped or open.
  4. Textbooks that include CDs: may be returned if the CD is sealed in its original packaging. Textbooks that include an online activation pass code: May be returned if there is no evidence that the activation pass code has been accessed.
  5. Books purchased prior to the official “on-sale” date do not have return privileges.
  6. Books can be returned within the following time frame: All full semester courses, 8 week courses and 10 week courses have 5 business days from the first day the University officially begins classes. Check the Academic calendar online for this date. All 4 to 5 week courses will have 3 business days from the first day the class begins.
    1. Exception: Summer textbook return dates vary and will be posted in store.
    2. *For special circumstances, please see management to see if you qualify.
  7. Students who have withdrawn from a class and wish to return books must present an original register receipt and proof of withdrawal. Amounts will be refunded in accordance with the university’s tuition withdrawal policy.
  8. Refunds on general books and other non-course books can be made only on the day they are purchased. An original register receipt is required. No returns on study guides, barcharts, course packs, or lab/solutions manuals, due to the nature of these materials.
  9. Store management reserves the right to make the decision on the condition or saleability of the merchandise.
Without Receipts- the policy is as follows:
  1. No returns are allowed on textbooks.
